Lawyer and Legal Consultant
PhD in Private Autonomy, Business, Labor, and Rights Protection from a European and International Perspective from Sapienza University of Rome, with a dual degree from the University of São Paulo (USP). Master’s in Social and Labor Relations Law from the University Center of the Federal District (UDF). Visiting Researcher at ETUI – European Trade Union Institute. Member of the Research Group “Labor Beyond Labor Law” at USP. Appointed Cultrice della Materia in Labor Law by the European University of Rome. Author of numerous academic articles and speaker at events in Brazil, Spain, Italy, Belgium, and Germany.
Mariana Cordeiro Dantas
Lawyer
Law graduate from the University of the Federal District – UDF, with postgraduate specialization in Civil Law and Civil Procedural Law from the School of Magistracy of the Federal District – ESMA. Experience in judicial and administrative litigation at the first-instance level—including conciliation and evidentiary hearings—appeals, and especially in the Higher Courts, in the areas of civil, labor, tax, and corporate law. Experienced in developing and implementing compliance programs and risk reduction strategies.
